A lot of surprises.

What in the WORLD was Adam thinking? I'll admit, his voice was a stun, but beyond that, EVERYTHING else was beyond weird. And trust me, I had him as the slam dunk winner prior to last night. Too bad, so sad.

Danny was good, but so were a couple of others. Agree with you all, Lil chose the wrong song. I'm beginning to tire of everyone arguing or explaining themselves to the judges. It's annoying and irritating. They've asked for the judges opinions...did anyone ask for theirs? Lil was bucked senseless by Simon while she tried to tell her story.

Does anyone know "blind guys" name? I actually thought he did a little better last night.

Anoop sang VERY well. If you close your eyes it was tolerable. But the man so repulses me after his beat it rendition and I don't know that I'll EVER recover from it.

  1. It is difficult to recover from repulsion. I, too, was thinking that people are arguing with the judges too much. I don't know why they do it cuz it never sounds good.

  2. Arguing with the judges makes them look stupid, and it annoys the judges (particularily Simon) which can do them no good. It's a dumb move...I had already decided to listen tonight specifically to hear blind guys name as I feel bad for some reason calling him blind guy..and as for Anoop, I didn't find his "Beat It" performance repulsive as much as I did pathetic, and somewhat funny. It's just TOO Michael Jackson. He made a fool out of himself...haha

  3. Oh, and I guess I was the only one who actually thought Lil sang that song VERY well. (Jeff liked it too) I love the song, (let's face it singing a Martina McBride would be difficult at best)and to me she was really good...I felt they gave her way too hard of a time on it, and then turned around and praised Megan who stunk up the place in my opinion. I'm anxious to hear Mel's take..she didn't watch last night as she and Mike went out for St. Patty's Day (oh to be young and care haha) so they are watching both episodes tonight... I'll be shocked if she doesn't like Lil's performance too...

  4. I agree on Anoop. "Beat It" was laughable! I don't like saying blind guy either, but I truly can not think of his name. It could be anything.

  5. I don't think anyone should try to sing Beat It unless they're named Michael Jackson, or they're preparted to sing it better than Michael Jackson. Which probably can't be done. Anoop actually sang ok, it's just that it was so many lightyears beneath MJ that it might as well have been me singing it.

I still can't get over how odd that Marilyn Manson/Johnny Cash thing was that crow did. Once again, he went from top favorite to practically needs to go.

And the arguing with the judges is silly. It's something a fifth grader would think was a good idea.
